Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
1. Gift Cards
2. Downloadable course materials or digital products
3. Health and personal care items
4. Stationery products that have been used or unsealed
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Discounted or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Courses & Digital Products
Course enrollments and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
In special cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be issued after verification.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: House No. 15/C Hajraabad, Shah Faisal colony 3, Mohalla Hajrabad, Karachi.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
